We season and smoke our Colorado Lamb Rack whole to give it an incredible hickory flavor. At an average of 2-3lb, it's the perfect slab to pair with your favorite Chef Tim Love BBQ sauce!

Item can be shipped or picked up at "Flavor House" locally in the Dallas / Fort Worth area! Monday - Friday, 9am - 4:30pm
